Information for this indicator is sourced from the Valuer General's Office in each state and territory.
This service covers residential properties across Australia, except Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
We can provide information only when all of the following conditions are met for a property:
You will require a valid residential address with DPID information. If your database doesn't include DPIDs for residential addresses, we can supply a software solution to add the information to your database.
You will receive information added to each matching record to show the relevant Residential Capital Growth Indicator.
Each matching property is assigned a band ranging from 0 (negative or no growth) to 10 (high growth).
The price of appending the Residential Capital Growth Indicator to your database will depend on the volume of records you would like updated or whether you would like to license the indicator for internal use and analysis. The Residential Capital Growth Indicator can also be purchased as a list filter when selecting your target market for outbound campaigns.
The Residential Capital Growth Indicator is updated quarterly.
